"The Welsh Journal of Agriculture is issued under the auspices of the Welsh Agricultural Education Conference, which is convened annually by the Welsh Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture for the purpose of furthering the interests of agricultural education and research in Wales, and is intended, primarily, to serve as a medium for placing at the disposal of agriculture which have been carried out in the principality. It is also intended as a means of bringing to the notice of Welsh agriculturists information of direct interest to them that is based upon recent investigation wherever conducted."
