[Collection of watercolours of fungi by Flora Martin, nee Campell]. - 76 artworks : watercolours ; 42 mm x 29 mm.

Collection comprises of 76 watercolours of fungi on 64 sheets of paper measuring 36 mm x 26 mm. Each paper sheet is housed in a paper envelope measuring 42 mm x 29 mm and some sheets contain several attached watercolours. Annotations on paitings are in the hand of Flora Martin, also with scientific names added by Mordecai Cooke. Flora has applied common names to a number of species. Most items are numbered and these numbers correspond to specimen collecting numbers. These paintings are important for providing details of the fresh appearence of fungi, to accompany dried herbarium specimens, especially type collections. The paitings document early records of Australian fungi. they also provide information about Flora's abilities and activities.
