"Issued monthly, at first on the arrival of the English mail, then in v. 1, no. 9 it was stated that the journal would henceforth be published on the fifteenth of the month. Each part bears the monbth as well as the year of publication, but there is ample evidence from contents that the parts were issued at times other than the fifteenth of the month and often in the month following that which is printed on the cover.
