Port Phillip (Vic.) (Geographic Name)

The City of Prahran was replaced on 22 June 1994 by Stonnington City Council; part was added to the new municipality of Port Phillip City Council. The City of South Melbourne was dissolved in municipal reorganizations in 1993-1994, its parts being incorporated into the reorganized Melbourne City Council and the new municipality of Port Phillip City Council. The City of St. Kilda and the City of Port Melbourne were replaced on 22 June 1994 by the new municipality of Port Phillip City Council.
